Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations planning.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of ERP systems like E1, JDE, or SAP.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for teamwork.
  • No disciplinary case within the past year for a positive work environment.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
