Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations planning.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Excellent understanding of ERP systems like E1, JDE, or SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for teamwork.
- No disciplinary case within the past year for a positive work environment.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
