About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level CNC Programmer to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. In this role, you will develop and optimize CNC machining programs using Mastercam and Siemens NX software. You will work closely with our manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality production processes. This position is onsite, allowing you to collaborate directly with your colleagues and contribute to our projects effectively.

Responsibilities
- Develop CNC machining programs using Mastercam and Siemens NX.
- Select and define cutting tools for various tasks.
- Create setup guides to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Review engineering drawings and CAD models for accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- Improve machining processes for better efficiency.
- Provide technical support to the shop floor as needed.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the work area for safety.
Requirements
- Engineering or Technical related course is required.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in CNC programming is essential.
- Knowledgeable in operating CNC machines as a machinist.
- Proficient in G-code and M-code programming.
- Ability to read engineering blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Familiarity with GD&T principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are beneficial.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing is an advantage.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
13th-month pay
Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
Service Incentive Leave
