Junior Production Associate - On-site in Davao City

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Production Associate to join our team in Davao City. This is an on-site position where you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production operations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the toll miller to manage raw materials and product types effectively.
• Perform visual inspections and nutritional evaluations of raw materials to ensure quality standards.
• Execute SAP process order transactions accurately to maintain production flow.
• Collect samples for laboratory testing to verify product quality.
• Identify and manage product nonconformities to uphold safety standards.
• Comply with food safety policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Preferably hold a BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of machines and equipment functionality in a production setting.
• Exhibit the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Show willingness to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao as needed.
• Possess strong analytical and numerical skills for effective problem-solving.
• Have basic computer literacy to navigate production software.
• Knowledge in PLC is a plus for this role.
