About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Field Inspector to join our team in Davao City. This role involves working directly with customers to address their concerns about electric meter consumption. Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns about electric meter consumption on-site.
- Conduct detailed meter load profiles to analyze energy consumption patterns.
- Perform special meter readings and load listing activities as needed.
- Manage and execute assigned field activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the customer for clear communication.
- Document field findings and update the Meter Reading Supervisor regularly.
Requirements
- Must possess a Professional Driver’s License for motorbike operation.
- Proficient in driving a motorbike to travel between customer sites.
- Knowledgeable in Google Applications & Services, including Google Maps and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers.
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to various customer locations.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
13th-month pay
Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
