Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities with the toll miller to ensure timely operations.
• Perform quality control inspections to maintain product standards.
• Execute SAP process order transactions for accurate record-keeping.
• Collect samples for laboratory testing to ensure product quality.
• Document and manage product nonconformities to improve processes.
• Comply with food safety rules to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Preferably hold a BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of production and equipment operation.
• Show ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Be willing to travel within Mindanao for operational needs.
• Possess analytical and numerical skills for effective problem-solving.
• Have basic computer literacy to manage production records.
• Knowledge in PLC is a plus for this role.
