About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to develop and implement customer service plans that deliver exceptional service and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Execute customer service plans tailored to the assigned geography and business area.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor adherence to customer service processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze the cost-effectiveness of customer service initiatives to drive efficiency.
- Contribute to process enhancements and system improvements.
- Monitor and improve call center scorecards to measure performance.
- Provide guidance on customer service issues and respond to escalated inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and support commercial opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and operations management.
- Experience in call center operations and quality control.
- Ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities to influence and facilitate discussions.
