About the Role
The DFN Sales Manager position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth within the DHL Fulfillment Network across multiple countries. This role is based in Dubai and involves engaging with small to mid-sized eCommerce customers. The DFN Sales Organisation promotes a collaborative approach, leveraging a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Expand the customer base in the designated market by generating leads through digital and social selling.
- Qualify inbound leads using Salesforce CRM and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build relationships with cross-business units to facilitate lead exchanges.
- Manage up to 20 live opportunities concurrently, overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Represent DFN at events and conventions, collaborating with other sales leaders.
- Act as the commercial point of contact for customer data needed for pricing and proposals.
- Work closely with marketing to enhance digital marketing campaigns.
- Foster relationships within the local eCommerce community and DHL operational sites.
Requirements
- Degree level education with full professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in the local language is required.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative eCommerce environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Insights into eCommerce market trends and business models.
- Understanding of fulfillment and last-mile operations.
- Experience in B2C companies or logistics providers is advantageous.
