Zahr Freighters is actively seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases with high accuracy.
  • Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness to ensure data integrity.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical records in a systematic manner.
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data for internal use.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect and update necessary information.
  • Perform regular data audits and quality checks to uphold data standards.
  • Assist with document management and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Arabic proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Visa Provided for eligible candidates.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
