• Welcome residents and manage arrivals and departures smoothly.
• Oversee luggage and package handling to ensure safe delivery.
• Support and coordinate with Doormen and Valet teams for efficient service.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and internal teams to foster a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or premium customer service environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable communicating in Arabic is a plus.
