Join our team as a Junior Lobby Host at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is perfect for those who enjoy engaging with guests and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly within 30 seconds of arrival to create a positive first impression.
  • Assist with luggage handling and deliveries to guest rooms, ensuring timely service.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members during shift handovers for seamless operations.
  • Support both day and night shifts as needed by the hotel, adapting to varying guest needs.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or branded residential environment.
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic and busy environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for luxury service.
  • Additional languages are a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
