About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in the UAE. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering the flexibility to accommodate different schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow data entry procedures, guidelines, and confidentiality policies.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
