About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales process and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will lead a customer service team, fostering strong relationships with clients and global agents to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to support revenue generation.
  • Ensure the customer service team addresses inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global agents to enhance collaboration.
  • Lead the customer service team in efficient quotation preparation and accurate cost analysis.
  • Oversee RFQs and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with pricing and documentation requirements.
  • Identify and build relationships with service providers to improve service quality and offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a management-related field.
  • Strong negotiation, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and quick to learn new software.
  • Visa Provided for eligible candidates.
