About the Role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position plays a vital role in providing outstanding service to potential customers through effective communication. This role is designed for a 100% Remote work model, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home. As a CSR, you will be part of a dynamic environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and support.
Responsibilities
- Make approximately 400 calls daily, averaging 50 calls per hour, to engage with customers.
- Handle both inbound and outbound call programs to provide comprehensive support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and verify their information effectively.
- Screen customers for their interest in the client’s products or services, facilitating warm transfers when necessary.
- Initially focus on a single program, with opportunities for training on multiple programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet team and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- At least 3 months of call center experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attendance record with minimal concerns.
- Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Accuracy in capturing and recording customer information.
- Open to feedback and willing to adapt to improve service delivery.
- Proficient in basic software applications and internet navigation.
- Must have a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps and own equipment, including a noise-cancelling headset and a computer with at least an i3 processor and 8GB RAM running Windows 10.
