Responsibilities
- Contact leads and prospects to schedule appointments with clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads until appointments are secured.
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and text inquiries.
- Deliver value propositions and effectively handle objections using approved scripts.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems after each interaction.
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules and calendars.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following call scripts.
- Strong customer service, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Candidate must have valid UAE residency.
