General Virtual Assistant - 100% Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated General Virtual Assistant - 100% Remote to join our growing team at VirtuallyinCredible. In this role, you will be essential in enhancing customer support and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support and manage client communications.
• Handle incoming calls and email inquiries efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), work order processing, compliance documentation, and email management.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and manage social media accounts.
• Follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and remain updated on changes.
• Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all interactions.
• Provide data, updates, and reports to the leadership team as required.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English with a good American accent.
• Willing to undergo background checks.
• Quiet and professional home office setup.
• Willing to work the graveyard shift.
• Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup.
• Dependable electricity with power backup.
• Computer Requirements: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe).
• Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher.
