About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Philippines. This role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish to assist our diverse clientele effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Screen customers for interest in products and services, capturing essential information for follow-up.
- Warm transfer customers to service providers as necessary.
- Manage multiple programs efficiently throughout the workday.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software.
- Ability to listen actively and pay attention to detail.
- Must have a stable internet connection of at least 50mbps and be WFH ready with appropriate equipment.
- Visa Provided for qualified candidates.
