Job Description
Job Title: English Tutor
We are seeking a skilled English Tutor to join our innovative team focused on training AI models. This role involves evaluating AI chatbots to measure their progress and enhance their conversational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English to assess their progress.
- Create and write novel conversations to guide the chatbots in effective communication.
- Provide writing and editing tasks to AI models and evaluate their outputs for quality and performance.
- Measure and report on the logic and reasoning of AI chatbots.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Detail-oriented with a strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
