About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining restaurant in Dubai. This role is perfect for those looking to start their career in hospitality. You will work on-site, providing excellent service to our guests. The shift pattern is flexible, with both day and evening shifts available. Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival.
  • Adapt to rotate within different sub-departments as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries efficiently and with a smile.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area.
  • Monitor operating supplies and reduce waste effectively.
  • Report guest complaints to supervisors promptly.
  • Attend training and meetings as required to improve skills.

Requirements

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage items.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
