About the Role

As a Facility Management Manager based in Dubai, you will oversee the daily operations of our facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our spaces are safe, efficient, and welcoming for all tenants. You will develop and implement effective facility management strategies, focusing on safety compliance, budget management, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management strategies and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead day-to-day facility operations and maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
• Conduct property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage facility budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities for better resource allocation.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
• Build relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee Move In/Move Out processes to ensure smooth transitions for tenants.
• Lead utility management initiatives to promote sustainability and reduce costs.
• Manage housekeeping and security service providers to maintain high standards.
• Review security reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee vendor performance to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local rules and company policies to mitigate risks.
• Lead and mentor the facility management team to foster professional growth.
• Prepare management reports and operational analyses to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and regulations.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Excellent vendor management skills for effective service delivery.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
