Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Addmind is a leading hospitality and lifestyle group renowned for its exceptional dining, nightlife, and entertainment concepts in the UAE. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our lifestyle concepts across all core HR operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess experience in hospitality HR, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with F&B operations teams in a dynamic environment, ensuring an outstanding employee experience while contributing to the growth of our brands.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other employee-related processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Coordinate performance management and probation review processes.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, warning letters, investigations, and follow-up actions in line with company policy.
  • Advise and support management teams on HR-related matters and company policies.
  • Respond to employee queries and manage HR-related document requests.
  • Attend weekly HOD meetings and collaborate with operations teams to support staffing and employee relations matters.
  • Assist with HR reports, trackers, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law is essential.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

This position is based in Dubai, and Visa Provided for suitable candidates. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
