<h2>Job Title: HR Executive</h2>

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>HR Executive</strong> to support our lifestyle concepts across all core HR operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess experience in hospitality HR, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with F&B operations teams in a dynamic environment, ensuring an outstanding employee experience while contributing to the growth of our brands.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding.</li>
<li>Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other employee-related processes.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.</li>
<li>Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.</li>
<li>Coordinate performance management and probation review processes.</li>
<li>Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, warning letters, investigations, and follow-up actions in line with company policy.</li>
<li>Advise and support management teams on HR-related matters and company policies.</li>
<li>Respond to employee queries and manage HR-related document requests.</li>
<li>Attend weekly HOD meetings and collaborate with operations teams to support staffing and employee relations matters.</li>
<li>Assist with HR reports, trackers, and general administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.</li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality sector.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of UAE labor law is essential.</li>
<li>Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.</li>

<h2>Additional Information</h2>
<p>This position is based in Dubai, and <strong>Visa Provided</strong> for suitable candidates. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.</p>
