About the Role

Noorka Logistics is actively seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive - On-site - Dubai to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional who can support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while fostering a productive and positive workplace within our rapidly growing logistics organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and all HR documentation.
  • Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize workplace activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide comprehensive HR-related support.
  • Coordinate training programs and facilitate employee development activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
