About the Role
The Care Center Team Leader is responsible for guiding, developing, and supervising team members in a dynamic call center environment. This role involves effective communication and the application of various coaching techniques to ensure team performance aligns with operational goals. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance team efficiency while fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve performance, behavior, and attendance issues using established performance management techniques.
- Engage with a diverse team, maintaining open lines of communication and advocating for team members.
- Provide regular coaching and constructive feedback to team members to encourage performance improvement.
- Proactively identify potential problems and collaborate with relevant parties for resolution.
- Develop strong relationships with supporting business units to address team-related issues.
- Utilize company recognition programs to enhance team morale and retention.
- Analyze trends and develop action plans to address operational challenges.
- Support other Team Leaders and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; medical background preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment; exposure to TPA hospitals or medical centers is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and internet navigation.
- Ability to work legally in the UAE; Visa Provided.
- Strong customer service and support skills.
- Physically fit to carry out job responsibilities.
