About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Representative in Davao city, where you will leverage your technical skills to assist customers in resolving issues, educating them about our services, and providing exceptional support. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide empathetic support.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to systems, installations, and equipment.
  • Educate customers on available support options and processes for resolving their concerns.
  • Ensure first-call resolution while maintaining confidentiality and setting clear expectations.
  • Manage the installation and uninstallation of application programs and software.
  • Utilize various devices, including PCs, Macs, smartphones, and tablets, to assist customers.
  • Navigate internet concepts and manage email applications effectively.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting schedules as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support and Customer Service, preferably in a call center.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to customers.
  • Experience in a Telco program is highly desirable.
  • Completed Senior High School or equivalent; IT-related courses are a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible for employment in the UAE.
  • Willingness to work evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Visa Provided for eligible candidates.
