About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region. This is an onsite position where you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will assist in the recruitment process and support employee relations. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process to find suitable candidates.
  • Conduct resume screening and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews to evaluate potential hires.
  • Help with orientation and update records of new hires for accuracy.
  • Manage employee databases and prepare reports for HR activities.
  • Process employee requests and provide support in employee relations.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits tasks to ensure timely processing.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
