About the Role
The Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD) is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide a nurturing environment for our students and staff. As an HR Officer, you will manage various HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation to enhance new hire experience.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and school policies.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Visa Provided for the right candidate.
