About the Role

The Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD) is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide a nurturing environment for our students and staff. As an HR Officer, you will manage various HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation to enhance new hire experience.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and school policies.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Visa Provided for the right candidate.
