Hybrid Assistant Vice President for Strategy

Responsibilities

• Support the board of directors in making informed portfolio strategy decisions.
• Assist business units in crafting effective strategies to meet their goals.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for business growth.
• Facilitate the execution of strategies alongside the Executive Team.
• Lead the planning exercise for portfolio strategies.
• Manage special projects that relate to strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the modeling of the strategic impact of various initiatives.
• Develop initiatives aimed at capturing market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for this role.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning and business process oversight.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Experience in electricity market modeling is a plus.
• Proficiency in analytics and modeling techniques.
