<p>We are looking for a <strong>Hybrid Customer Relations Consultant</strong> based in Dubai. In this role, you will help ensure that customer complaints are addressed effectively. You will be the main point of contact for all customer issues. Your work will contribute to improving our customer service standards.</p>

<li>Ensure all complaints are handled fairly and consistently.</li>
<li>Act as the central point for all customer complaints.</li>
<li>Investigate complaints diligently and impartially.</li>
<li>Provide prompt and clear explanations of decisions.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams for compliance and reporting.</li>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements.</li>
<li>Contribute to reporting and quality assurance efforts.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li>
<li>Have UAE customer service experience.</li>
<li>Experience in handling complaints is a plus.</li>
<li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.</li>
<li>Be currently based in Dubai.</li>
