Job Description

The Hygiene Officer is responsible for the complete Sanitation and Hygiene Standard for all food & beverage hotel operation and to assist the Hygiene Manager. The Hygiene Officer ensure all food served to guest and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination and all work area conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputable establishment
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Fusion and MC
  • Certified HACCP or ISO 9001-14001

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
