About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Makati, National Capital Region (NCR). This is an onsite role where you will play a crucial part in managing our accounts payable processes. You will ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and timely, contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Review and validate payable transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Record transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and process payments on time to maintain vendor relationships.
  • Compile assigned reports for month-end closing to support financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting.
  • Proficient in business process management and oversight.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
