We are looking for a Junior Admin Coordinator to join our team in Cebu. This is an on-site position where you will provide essential support to our department. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a department or manager to enhance workflow.
  • Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls to ensure effective communication.

  • Prepare collateral materials for mass mailings to support marketing efforts.
  • Issue visitor passes and validate parking for guests and staff.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms for events.
  • Maintain reception and kitchen areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Interact with vendors for events to coordinate logistics.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or be a Vocational Graduate to qualify.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively.
  • Show working knowledge of Microsoft Office to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Possess basic math skills to handle simple calculations.
  • Have an inquisitive mindset to learn and adapt quickly.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
