About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our team in Santa Rosa City, CALABARZON. This is an onsite position where you will work closely with our finance team. You will handle various tasks related to accounts payable and support our efforts in improving processes. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily tasks such as processing payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Support the rollout of improvements in the accounts payable process.
  • Continuously improve workflows by using digitization and automation.
  • Participate in projects for the Accounts Payable Regional Center of Excellence.
  • Contribute to talks with stakeholders in the region and globally.
  • Ensure that all procedures are followed within the team.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Show experience in account reconciliation tasks.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in Shared Services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
