Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing using quality control methods and protocols.
• Identify issues and analyze solutions using standard procedures.
• Participate in Formal Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Share internal lab data with relevant departments for improved collaboration.
• Ensure positive outcomes during Quality Audits to maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Have quality control experience in a commercial or manufacturing setting.
• Understand process/instrument and equipment validation.
• Use basic statistical tools like Pareto Analysis and Control Charts.
• Know ISO 17025 standards and guidelines.
• Conduct basic physico-chemical testing effectively.
• Familiarity with spectrophotometer/colorimeter is a plus.
• Experience with JDE IT or other ERP systems is beneficial.
