We are seeking a Mid-Level Payroll Specialist to join our team in Santa Rosa City, CALABARZON. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate payroll processing for our employees in Australia. Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in Australia to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams across different countries to streamline payroll operations.
  • Manage payroll inputs such as timekeeping, allowances, and deductions for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with third-party payroll providers for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare, review, and validate payroll reports to maintain transparency.
  • Support employees and clients with payroll inquiries to enhance satisfaction.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with audits to ensure integrity.
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation for future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of payroll experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations in the Philippines.
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems like SAP or Workday.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
