About the Role
Join our team as a Junior Barista in Metro Manila! This role offers a great opportunity to work in a vibrant coffee shop environment. You will work on a full-time basis, with shifts typically from 7 AM to 4 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM. We provide meal breaks during your shift and offer a night differential for late shifts. Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service to guests.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a barista or hospitality role preferred.
- Certification in Food & Beverage Service is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation.
- Good customer service skills.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
