Junior Barista – Coffee Shop

About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Barista at a vibrant coffee shop in Metro Manila! This role offers a full-time schedule with shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM. Enjoy a meal break during your shift and benefit from a night shift differential if applicable. We provide transport for your convenience, ensuring you can focus on delivering excellent service.

As a Junior Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and personalized service to guests.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage area.
• Attend daily briefings for operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a barista or hospitality role preferred.
• Certification in Food & Beverage Service or related field is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
