We are seeking a dedicated Junior Barista to join our team in Bacolod, Western Visayas. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers, ensuring satisfaction with each order.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support daily operations.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer service-related role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and branch operations.
• Excellent customer service skills to engage with diverse clientele.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
