Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to VIP and Villa guests to enhance their stay.
• Ensure timely customer service and guest satisfaction through attentive support.
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel management to resolve issues.
• Track guest preferences and feedback to improve service quality.
• Assist with guest logistics and amenities to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

• 1-year experience in a luxury hotel or similar role to ensure quality service.
• College degree or equivalent training preferred for a strong foundation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet guest needs.
