About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Cabin Services Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our cabin facilities. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers. Responsibilities

  • Organise and clean A380 Shower Spas to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of lavatories and lounges for passenger comfort.
  • Report defects and discrepancies to ensure facilities are in top condition.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by personalising facilities based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Complete 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • Have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
