About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Centralized Scheduling Attendant to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential for ensuring efficient scheduling and attendance management within our organization. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will produce rosters, manage attendance reports, and coordinate leave approvals. This position is onsite, allowing for direct collaboration with your colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Produce rosters and daily reports for timely scheduling.
  • Encode roster information into the Virtual Roster system for accurate tracking.
  • Monitor attendance reports from Time Manager to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate leave approvals to ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Generate reports from Virtual Roster and Time Manager for management review.
  • Address queries related to scheduling tools to assist team members.
  • Document processes related to Virtual Roster for clarity.
  • Support rostering projects to enhance scheduling efficiency.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in scheduling or related fields.
  • A college degree is preferred for this position.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills to assist team members.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear interactions.
  • Integrity and self-motivation to perform duties responsibly.
