About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Quezon City. This is an on-site position where you will engage directly with customers. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must have completed senior high school or college.
  • If a high school graduate, must have at least two years of college.
  • At least six months of experience in a BPO setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
