Junior Driver, On-site Transportation Role

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide transportation service to guests using company vehicles.
• Ensure guest safety, security, and comfort at all times.
• Report vehicle status and issues to your supervisor promptly.
• Check the accuracy of booking details before each trip.
• Update the Dispatcher/Reservation team on trip status regularly.
• Perform minor vehicle troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of vehicles at all times.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to company policy.
• Provide guests with information about property facilities and services.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the hotel or vehicle rental industry.
• College diploma or equivalent professional training is required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
