Responsibilities

• Assist and provide transportation service to guests using company vehicles.
• Ensure guest safety, security, and comfort at all times.
• Report vehicle status and issues to your supervisor promptly.
• Check the accuracy of booking details before each trip.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of vehicles regularly.
• Assist guests with luggage and vehicle doors as needed.
• Provide information about property facilities and services to guests.
• Document and report vehicle incidents and guest complaints accurately.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in the hotel, casino, or vehicle rental industry.
• College diploma or equivalent professional training is required.
• Ability to work on flexible shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
