Junior Engineering Technician (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Engineering Technician to join our team in Danao, Central Visayas. This is an on-site position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our production equipment and utility systems. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining valuable insights and skills in electrical troubleshooting, building wiring, and motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment and plant utility systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Perform corrective maintenance and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering or Technical course.
• Preferably Electrical Engineering Technology or Industrial Technology (Electrical).
• Electrical NC II certification or equivalent technical training is a plus.
• At least six months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
