About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance operations to ensure product safety.
• Design and implement quality assurance and food safety programs that meet industry standards.
• Review and audit quality assurance programs to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with regulatory entities to follow safety rules and guidelines.
• Prepare and submit operational status reports to management.
• Conduct audits on suppliers and processors to ensure quality.
• Recommend improvements for quality and process tuning.
• Participate in staff selection and training to build a strong team.

Requirements

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
• Hold a valid PRC license as a Chemist or Chemical Engineer.
• Have 8-10 years of work experience in food quality assurance.
• Possess at least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Be knowledgeable in Food Science and Technology.
• Experience with implementing Quality Management Systems is a plus.
