Junior Engineering Technician (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Engineering Technician to join our team in Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (NCR). This is an on-site position where you will work closely with experienced engineers. You will gain hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot refrigeration and compressed air systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities on mechanical equipment.
• Perform corrective maintenance and analyze equipment failures.
• Implement improvements for production line equipment efficiency.
• Ensure following of safety standards and company SOPs.

Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Industrial Technology.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, especially HVAC and refrigeration.
• Ability to lift at least 20kg.
• Basic technical analysis skills.
• Good communication skills are a plus.
