We are seeking a Junior Events Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on supporting the planning and execution of various events. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential in this position. Responsibilities

  • Sell off-site events and locations to potential clients.
  • Handle meetings and catering inquiries from clients.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations and clients to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Optimize hotel revenue through strategic yield management practices.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with the Area Sales MICE Team.
  • Conduct site inspections and entertain clients to showcase event spaces.
  • Send correspondence to clients regarding banquet events and updates.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in a hospitality-related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
