We are looking for a Junior Filing Clerk to join our team in Quezon City. This is an on-site position where you will support our administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Track the collection of post-dated checks (PDCs) from dealers.
  • Endorse collections to the Treasury Department for receipt preparation.
  • Follow up with dealers about charge slips.
  • Process service incentive programs efficiently.
  • Scan and send documents to dealers as needed.
  • Assist in entering PDC details in the SAP Invoicing Module.
  • Complete other clerical tasks as assigned.
