About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Financial Sales Associate to join our team in Calamba, CALABARZON. In this role, you will provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients. You will work closely with branch sales and service teams to strengthen long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients.
• Work closely with branch sales and service teams to enhance client satisfaction.

• Generate new account relationships to expand the client base.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Promote referrals of products and services to existing clients.
• Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence to HR and regulatory rules in all transactions.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in a relevant field.
• Sales experience in financial services or related industries.
• Customer service experience to handle client inquiries effectively.
• Preferred experience in bancassurance sales or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Effective communication skills for clear client interactions.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
