Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree is required.
  • Sales experience in financial services or related fields is preferred.
  • Customer service experience to effectively address client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
  • Effective communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Experience in bancassurance sales is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
