About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Key Customer Manager to join our team in Taguig. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers and help them achieve their business goals. You will collaborate with various teams to create effective plans that drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  • Create a joint business plan that aligns with customer goals.
  • Lead and execute Joint Business Planning initiatives.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with CSP Managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track execution in stores to meet customer expectations.
  • Generate insights for assigned customers to improve service.
  • Manage overall levels of customer investments effectively.

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates with a desire to learn.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave
